Delhi’s ‘no test for asymptomatic patients’ rule a self-goal in Covid fight?

The Delhi government's order to not test asymptomatic patients has been criticised by many. The Delhi government argues that the testing infrastructure would collapse if every asymptomatic person went to labs for tests. However, many have questioned the Delhi government's decision saying that testing is the only way to successfully curb the disease.
