India 'Foiled' Global Crude Chaos; Petroleum Ministry Says 'Russian Oil Purchases...'

New Delhi reportedly claimed that Russian oil deliveries to India prevented a price surge. Officials, in an Indian Express report, said that crude oil prices would have skyrocketed if India had not ramped up imports from Russia in the wake of Western sanctions.
