‘Everyone knows of sexual abuse by priests’: Kerala nun pens autobiography

Sister Lucy Kalappura, who was at the forefront of the protests against Bishop Franco Mulakkal, has authored a tell-all autobiography titled 'Karthaavinte Naamathil' (in the name of the Lord). She said that sexual abuse by priests is an open secret but nobody dares to speak about the issue. She added that also had a bitter experience with the congregation in 2004-2005 and that's when she started jotting down her thoughts.
