Hudhud aftermath: Shortage of food, fuel in AP

Residents in the port city of Visakhapatnam faced lack of food and fuel on Monday morning after cyclone Hudhud lashed the Andhra Pradesh on Sunday leaving behind a trail of destruction in its path.
