‘No flying zone' at Kalpakkam nuclear set up

The Indian Government declared a 'no-fly zone' around ten-kilometre radius of the Kalpakkam atomic power station in Tamil Nadu. In a notice to all aviation operators, the Directorate General of Civil Aviation or DGCA prohibited all flying activities up to an altitude of 10,000 feet over the Kalpakkam area.
