Pune blast case: Himayat remanded in police custody

An Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) court in Pune on Wednesday remanded Himayat Mirza Baig, one of the accused in the February 13 German Bakery blast case, in police custody till September 20. Judge S S Bose passed the order after the prosecution told the court that Baig, who had links with LeT and IM, had hatched a "conspiracy" to engineer the Pune blast that killed 17 and injured 65 others.
