A man who claimed to have worked as a spy for India will now be paid Rs. 10 lakh by the govt. Top Court judges said the standard practice of any govt is to disown its special agents. Mahmood Ansari's claims - 'Worked as Indian spy in 1970s, spent 14 years in Pak jail'.
