India-Russia Push New Maritime Corridor For Trade Amid Red Sea Tensions | Details

India and Russia held talks over reviving the Eastern Maritime Corridor. The maritime corridor would connect Chennai to Vladivostok in Russia. The meeting came amid a surge in exports of oil, coal, crude and fertilisers from Russia to India. Indian Minister for Ports, Shipping and Waterways called the corridor a "game-changer".
