Iodine pills and fallout warnings: is Iran preparing for a nuclear strike on Pickaxe mountain? | war

Is Iran preparing its population for the possibility of a U.S. strike on its nuclear facilities, as concerns grow over the heavily fortified Pickaxe Mountain complex? According to ‘The Times of London’, iodine tablets are reportedly being distributed in villages near Iranian nuclear sites, while television broadcasts have simulated nuclear emergencies and warned residents about radioactive fallout. Authorities have also issued instructions urging people to take shelter and remain indoors during a potential radiological incident. Pickaxe Mountain, believed to conceal an underground nuclear facility buried deep beneath the surface, has emerged as a possible target in Trump’s threats against Tehran. Tucker Carlson has separately claimed that pressure from Netanyahu could push Washington towards considering a nuclear strike, although no such U.S. decision has been confirmed. Could this become a dangerous new chapter in the Iran confrontation?
