Lavrov Warns Of U.S.-led West's 'Sinister' Plans After Moscow Attack; 'Ukraine Just Tip Of...'

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has said that Ukraine is just one part of a wider conflict between the Kremlin and the West. “The only explanation is that Ukraine is the tip of the iceberg. And that the declared goal of the West is to inflict a strategic defeat on Russia,” Lavrov said after the Moscow mall terror attack in which around 140 people were killed. Russia has blamed Ukraine and the West for the attack despite the terror group ISIS claiming responsibility.
