An irregular art fair comes to Delhi

You don't have to be a famous artist to be a part of the Irregulars Art Fair in New Delhi. This self-titled 'anti art fair,' is helping people who aren't already in the mainstream get their work noticed. The only catch - you need to be able to afford coming to Delhi if you want to display your work.
