This luxury desert called 'Black Diamond' costs over Rs. 50,000 and is thought to be the most expensive ice cream in the world. Made with Italian truffles, ambrosial Iranian saffron and edible 23-carat gold, the ice cream scoop is presented in this Versace bone china bowl in Dubai's Scoopi Cafe. Its creator, Indian businessman Zubin Doshi, says the $817 or Rs. 51,144 price tag is about right when you consider its unusual mix of ingredients.
