Ramzan trail in Old Delhi with ex-election commissioner Dr SY Quraishi

Former chief election commissioner of India, Dr SY Quraishi is someone who understands how India functions, given that he has spent more than 35 years in the civil services in various roles. He has been associated with NACO, DD and the Election Commission. Dr Quraishi was born and raised in the Walled City of Delhi. He took Hindustan Times to Old Delhi and showed spots he has fond memories of, particularly from the month of Ramzan.
