Congress’ Sheila Dikshit on who’s the bigger rival in Delhi - BJP or AAP

Hindustan Times caught up with Sheila Dikshit, former Chief Minister of Delhi, as she campaigned in North East Delhi, the constituency where she is contesting from in the ongoing Lok Sabha elections. Dikshit, the longest serving Chief Minister of Delhi, is pitted against the Bharatiya Janata Party's Delhi unit chief and sitting Member of Parliament, Manoj Tiwari. Commenting on North East Delhi, Dikshit said that the area seems as if it hasn't witnessed any development in the past few years. She also spoke on the talks with Aam Aadmi Party for an alliance which failed to bear fruit. Watch the full video for more.
