Shatrughan Sinha campaigned for Urmila Matondkar in North Mumbai. The veteran actor quit BJP and joined Congress recently. Sinha addressed the rally with his famous dialogue 'Khamosh'. Urmila Matondkar is contesting against BJP sitting MP Gopal Shetty. Mumbai will vote on April 29 in phase 4 of the Lok Sabha Election.
