A senior admiral in NATO military committee said that Ukraine won't receive F-16 fighter jets until the counteroffensive is complete. He also said that no training will be given to the pilots before the offensive. This comes after Ukraine earlier acknowledged that its pilots' training for F-16s had not begun yet.
