'Tablighi Jamaat radicals killed Kolhe': NIA on Amravati Prophet insult murder

A stunning Tablighi Jamaat link has emerged in the Amravati murder case. Umesh Kolhe was hacked to death on June 21 by three bike-borne men in Amravati over his posts supporting Nupur Sharma, former BJP spokesperson who had made remarks against Prophet. In its chargesheet, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) noted that 11 accused were ‘radicalised Islamists’ of the Tablighi Jamaat who murdered Umesh Kolhe to avenge the alleged dishonour of the Prophet.
