National Security Advisor Ajit Doval explained to young cops how enemy nations can “subvert civil society” to hurt India. Doval was speaking at the passing out parade of 73rd batch of IPS probationers at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy (SVPNPA). Doval emphasized the role of police force in internal security of the country. The Hyderabad-based Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy trains officers of the Indian Police Service, selected through the Civil Services Examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).
