A new CCTV footage of Khalistani preacher and chief of Waris Punjab De Amrtipal Singh has surfaced in which he is purportedly seen walking on a Delhi street. The preacher can be seen without turban in the new video. This as Punjab Police and other agencies continue their manhunt to nab the fugitive radical who is now believed to have fled to Nepal.
