BRICS summit meets monsoon: rain, thunder & lightning forecast for Delhi | Modi | Putin | Xi Jinping

Monsoon rains are expected to return to Delhi on September 11, coinciding with the start of the three-day BRICS Summit in the national capital. The India Meteorological Department has forecast multiple spells of very light to light rain, along with thunderstorms and lightning at several locations through the day. While no weather alert has been issued for September 12, light to moderate rain is expected at isolated places. From September 13 to 16, Delhi is likely to see very light to light rain on a daily basis.
