- The Mumbai police on Tuesday made the third arrest in the 'Bulli Bai' app case. A three-member Mumbai Cyber Police team arrested Mayank Rawat from Kotdwar in Pauri Garhwal district after his phone was tracked. Investigators said the like-minded accused appeared to have come in contact online. The police believe the alleged mastermind, Shweta Singh, worked on the instructions of her friend based in Nepal. The app came under the scanner for hosting an online 'auction' of Muslim women that sparked massive outrage. Watch full video.
