CBI Busts Racket Duping Indians To Fight For Russian Army In Ukraine; Pan-India Raid Conducted

CBI has busted a human trafficking network duping Indians to join Russia's war in Ukraine. The officials said searches were conducted at several locations in seven major cities. Cases have been registered against various visa consultancy firms and agents. This comes as the Foreign Ministry confirmed last month that 20 Indian nationals serving with the Russian Army have so far approached the Indian mission in Moscow seeking help for discharge.
