China tried to scuttle India-US team-up in Quad: Joe Biden's big revelation

In a major revelation, Joe Biden, the President of the United States of America, said that China tried to scuttle the formation of the Quad - a 4-member international grouping seen as a counterweight to Beijing in the Indo-Pacific. Speaking to the media after the G7 summit in the United Kingdom, Biden said that Chinese leaders asked him his international relations plans before he assumed the presidency.
