CM Yogi vs Akhilesh Yadav on Farm Laws repeal; ‘Fake apology’ vs ‘historic move’

After Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced that the three farm laws will be repealed, Opposition in Uttar Pradesh took a jibe at PM. Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav called PM Modi’s decision a “deception aimed at elections.” Bahujan Samajwadi Party chief Mayawati said the move was delayed. Meanwhile, Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath backed PM Modi for repealing farm laws and called it a “historic move”. The decision by Modi government is seen as BJP’s bid to subside stirrings in farmer belt. Elections in Uttar Pradesh are due next year. Watch the full video for more details.
