Climate activist and innovator Sonam Wangchuk has called for greater public participation in the proposed Parliament march on July 20, describing the ongoing movement as India's "second freedom movement." In a handwritten message sent from Safdarjung Hospital, where he has been under medical observation, Wangchuk called for freedom from fear and injustice, citing issues such as alleged paper leaks and his detention.
