Gyanvapi: Win For Hindu Side; Varanasi Court Orders Scientific Survey Of Mosque Complex

A Varanasi Court has ordered scientific survey of Gyanvapi mosque complex after accepting an application from Hindi petitioners seeking the same as they claim that the mosque was built at the site of a Hindu temple. The court, however, exempted sealed 'wazukhana' from the survey. The Hindu side claims existence of a 'Shivling' inside 'wazukhana' but Muslims contest by saying that it is a fountain.
