Veteran Congress leader and former Uttarakhand Chief Minister Harish Rawat believes that he has been successful in fixing party's mess in Punjab after the removal of Amarinder Singh as the chief minister. However he refused to respond to Amarinder Singh's charge of playing a key role in his ouster. Currently focused on Uttarakhand, Harish Rawat was appointed as the incharge of Punjab Congress by the Gandhis amid a full blown war of words between Amarinder Singh and Navjot Singh Sidhu.
