In the latest edition of Hindustan Times' special series tracking the state of footpaths across the national capital, we visit Panchsheel Park where the walkway next to a school is unusable due to an unbearable stench from public urination. This is not the only issue as the footpath is covered by fallen tree branches, or construction material, making walking on it virtually impossible. Watch the full video for more.
