The Manipur police unmasked the identity of the main culprit who could be seen holding the woman and dragging her in the shocking viral video. 32-year-old Huirem Herodas Meitei of Pechi Awang Leikai village was arrested on July 20. He was part of the mob which paraded women naked and sexually assaulted them in Manipur. The police have named him as the main conspirator in the case.
