India Hunts for Pakistan Drone Drops? High Alert After UAV Activity Along LoC in Poonch

A drone suspected to have originated from Pakistan was spotted hovering over forward areas along the Line of Control in Jammu and Kashmir’s Poonch district, prompting security forces to launch a search operation. The unmanned aerial vehicle was detected around 8:05 pm on August 28 near Behrooti village in the Balakote area of the Mendhar sector. Officials said the drone moved towards the Mangalnar-Dabrote axis near the border before returning towards Pakistan.
