- India is keeping a close watch on the activities of Al-Qaeda a day after U.S. announced that it had assassinated the chief of the terror outfit in Kabul over the weekend. Indian government officials have said they are assessing its impact in India. Zawahiri had for years tried to get into Kashmir with little or no success. However, his terror outfit has consistently threatened India, including once this year. Zawahiri has in the past drawn parallels between Kashmir and Palestine, and has also criticised Islamic countries like Saudi Arabia for supporting India. Watch this video for more details.
