India's blunt response to Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif's appeal for talks. India's external affairs ministry said that Pakistan first needs to create an environment free of terror for talks. India's response comes just two days after Shehbaz Sharif appealed to India to resume dialogue amid its worsening economic crisis.
