India Won't Get 26 Rafale M Jets, Scorpene Submarines From France For Now. Here's Why

Indian officials have clarified why the deal for 26 Rafale Marine jets and three Scorpene submarines was not announced in the India-France joint statement following PM Narendra Modi's two-day visit to Paris.
