Indian Army chief's message to Pakistan days after Lashkar terrorist's capture

Days after a Pakistani terrorist was caught in Jammu and Kashmir's Uri, Indian Army chief General MM Naravane issued a message to the neighbouring nation. General Naravane said that terrorist activities cannot take place without the help of the Pakistani Army. He added that in the last 10 days, two ceasefire violations have taken place along the Line of Control, the contested border between India and Pakistan. Recently, Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist Ali Babar was caught by Indian forces. He had revealed how the Pak Army and spy agency ISI paid, trained, and armed him to attack India.
