Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammed Ishtaye on Monday slammed Israel's deduction of the Palestinian tax revenue. Ishtaye said that the deduction will negatively impact the PA financially and institutionally, which may limit its performance in providing service to the Palestinians. He stressed that the Palestinian people and their leadership "will not exchange their right to self-determination and their freedom for money and privileges." Watch this video for more.
