India’s External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar addressed the Jeju Forum for Peace and Prosperity 2026 in South Korea, speaking on a fragmented world order, globalization, multipolarity, supply chains, technology rivalry, and the need for deeper international cooperation. Jaishankar argued that fragmentation is here to stay but can create more democratic global spaces if managed through stronger partnerships, resilient supply chains, international law, and reformed multilateralism. He also highlighted opportunities for closer India–South Korea cooperation in shipbuilding, digital technology, healthcare, infrastructure, and defence.
