Kashmir tweets: How KFC and Pizza Hut were forced to apologise

Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) apologised following an outrage on social media over a post on Kashmir. The social media post was from its Pakistan-based franchise supporting separatists in Kashmir. In a social media post, a verified account of KFC had supported the separatists in Kashmir. KFC India's official account on Twitter said it remains steadfast in their commitment to serving all Indians with pride. Similarly, an Instagram post from the verified account of 'Pizzahutpak' had said, ‘We stand with you. Kashmir Solidarity Day’. Pizza Hut issued a statement after facing backlash over the Instagram post by its official handle in Pakistan. Watch the full video for more.
