Ladakh young educator's big feat; First from region to get to Harvard | In Focus

28-year-old Rigzen Wangmo is a young educator from Ladakh who wants to transform lives. Coming from a remote village in Ladakh, Rigzen is now charting new frontiers. She is the first in her family to go to school/ college and is now using education as a tool to empower fellow Ladakhis. Rigzen was recently accepted into harvard university’s graduate school of education. She works with Students' Educational & Cultural Movement of Ladakh (SECMOL).
