'Murder' mystery of Dhanbad judge hit by an auto deepens; SIT to probe

A special investigation team (SIT) has been constituted in Jharkhand to investigate the death of a judge who was hit by a three-wheeler early on Wednesday. A case under section 302 IPC has already been registered in this regard. Additional sessions and district judge Uttam Anand was out for his daily morning jog when a three-wheeler hit him. The incident also resonated in Supreme Court where senior Advocate Vikas Singh demanded a CBI probe into the hit-and-run case.
