Addressing an event in the national capital, National Security Advisor Ajit Doval said India would not have been partitioned had Subhas Chandra Bose been alive. Doval was speaking at the Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Memorial Lecture. He also hailed Bose for showing 'audacity' to challenge Mahatma Gandhi.
