Prime Minister Narendra Modi was welcomed by hundreds of Indian diaspora members in Washington D.C. as they chanted slogans of 'Modi Modi', Jai Shri Ram and Bharat Mata Ki Jai. The PM is in U.S. on his first-ever official state visit on the invitation of President Joe Biden and the First Lady. The Indian PM will be hosted by the President Biden at White House.
