PM Modi's Hug Makes African Union Chief Emotional At G20; 'That Feeling, Was About To Cry'

The African Union president, Azali Assoumani, said that he was about to cry and was full of great emotions after Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced the entry of the 55-member African bloc into the prestigious G20 grouping.
