Presidential race: Droupadi Murmu gets oppn support; now SP ally backs Murmu

Yashwant Sinha is losing more opposition votes in the race for the Presidential post. After Congress ally JMM's, Hemant Soren declared support for NDA'a Droupadi Murmu, Samajwadi Party's ally, Suheldev Bhartiya Samaj Party, has pledged support to Murmu. Om Prakash Rajbhar, who has 6 MLAs in the U.P assembly, backed tribal leader Murmu. He said that the decision was taken after discussions with party leaders & office-bearers.
