'Profits', 'riots', 'laws': Twitter defiance slammed by Union minister

A day after Twitter lost its legal shield in India, making it liable for content posted on the platform by its users, Union minister Ravi Shankar Prasad justified the move. He said that the social media giant failed to comply with new rules despite extra time being given after expiry of the May 26, 2021 deadline. Meanwhile, it emerged that Delhi police had reportedly questioned Twitter India's head Manish Maheshwari on May 31 in connection with the Congress 'Covid toolkit' case. Watch the full video for more.
