With months to go for Assembly elections in the state, the ruling party seems to be gripped by infighting between Chief Minister Amarinder Singh, and challenger Navjot Singh Sidhu. Can the Congress leadership resolve this tug-of-war in time, or will another state slip out of its kitty?
