He congratulated PM Narendra Modi and President Draupadi Murmu. “Your country is making a significant contribution to ensuring international stability and security, to addressing important regional and global issues. We attach great importance to our privileged strategic partnership. I am sure with our joint efforts we will ensure the further development of mutually beneficial bilateral cooperation,” the Russian President said in a statement published by RT News.
