QUAD's message to China; Nuke carriers, warships, submarines at Malabar 2022

The multilateral exercise - Malabar 2022 between the navies of India, Japan, the United States, and Australia commenced on Wednesday. The opening ceremony was hosted by Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force onboard JS Hyuga at Yokosuka in Japan. Rear Admiral Sanjay Bhalla, Flag Officer Commanding Eastern Fleet, led the Indian delegation which included commanding officers and the crew of INS Shivalik and INS Kamorta. The wargames come in the backdrop of China's increasing military muscle-flexing in the region. Beijing's aggressive moves in the Indo-Pacific remain high on the agenda of the four democracies.
