- Union Civil Aviation minister Jyotiraditya Scindia has pulled up Indigo airlines after it denied boarding to a specially-abled child at Ranchi airport this weekend. Scindia warned the airline saying that there is a zero tolerance policy for such behaviour. The minister said that he is personally investigating the incident & will take appropriate action. This after a video of Indigo staff arguing with the family members of a specially-abled child, denying him onboarding, went viral. Indigo too has issued a statement, saying that child could not have boarded the flight in a 'state of panic' but has regretted the incident. Watch this video to know more.
