'Strangulated entire city...': SC pulls up farmers protesting on Delhi borders

Supreme Court has lashed out at farmers protesting on Delhi borders against the three farm laws for blocking roads and highways leading to the capital city. While hearing a plea of farmers seeking permission to hold a non-violent protest at Jantar Mantar, Supreme Court slammed the farmers and told them that they have strangulated the city. The apex court also pulled up farmers for continuing protests, saying they should instead push for urgent hearing of the matter in the courts as the three farm laws have been challenged before the judiciary.
