'They filmed my...' : Cockroach Janta Party’s Saurav Das seeks ₹2 crore damages for alleged doxxing

Cockroach Janta Party spokesperson Saurav Das has approached the Delhi High Court, filing a ₹2 crore suit against political commentator Abhijit Iyer Mitra and several media organisations, alleging violation of his privacy. Das claims his residential address and other personal information were published publicly without consent. According to the suit, representatives of a media platform allegedly entered his rented residence in Greater Kailash, recorded its interiors and shared the footage on X on August 5. Das also alleged that Mitra disclosed details about his residence during a programme and later posted personal information online.
